The participation of the National Agency for Geological Research and Mineral Properties in the international conference "The Future of Minerals Forum" from January 11 to 13, 2022 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Director-General of the National Agency for Geological Research and Mineral Properties, Mr. Al-Hashemi Al-Sheikh Sidaty, participated in the international conference, the Future Minerals Forum, held from January 11 to 13, 2022 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

During this meeting, the Director General held several meetings with the main players in the mining sector, especially with the Saudi Geological Survey, the Secretary General of the Saudi Investment Authority and the Director General of Investments at the Ministry of Mineral Wealth. As well as some managers of major companies operating in the sector.

During these meetings, the Director General gave a presentation on the mineral wealth in Mauritania and the Agency's activities in the field of promoting this wealth, as well as opportunities for partnership and cooperation.

This participation comes within the framework of the strategy to upgrade mineral properties in Mauritania and to develop the cooperation and partnership that the agency has established since its establishment in 2020.
